He was born in Cheon-an, Choong-nam Province on 10th of October, 1970.
His current team is Samsung Electronics Athelic Sports Team.
He is 167cm tall and his blood type is A.
He was not famous until he graduated highschool. However, he has become famous since he set a new record of Korea with one hour one minute four seconds in Tokyo International Half-Marathon Contest in 1992.
From then, he won the titles in Fukuoka International Marathon Contest, Bangkok Asian Game and many other games.
In 1999, he had no supporters. As result, he won a victory in the semifinals in Tokyou Marathon Contest in 2000.
He must be excercizing hard now, too.
