The Taekwondo when as exercise of the whole body being attacked from the relative side, to defend oneself with the empty hand and the bare feet to attack. Also one practice it leads and with the physical strength which is tough with the judgement power which is accurate with hard will it falls and power route le it is strong and and in abbreviation Yoo it does, manners it is conduct philosophy which wipes the virtue of oneself in the attitude which pastes. Lee Bong-ju

I introduce Bong-ju lee who is a marathoner to you.
He was born in Cheon-an, Choong-nam Province on 10th of October, 1970.
His current team is Samsung Electronics Athelic Sports Team.
He is 167cm tall and his blood type is A.
He was not famous until he graduated highschool. However, he has become famous since he set a new record of Korea with one hour one minute four seconds in Tokyo International Half-Marathon Contest in 1992.
From then, he won the titles in Fukuoka International Marathon Contest, Bangkok Asian Game and many other games.
In 1999, he had no supporters. As result, he won a victory in the semifinals in Tokyou Marathon Contest in 2000.
He must be excercizing hard now, too.

Hong-man Choi was traditional wrestler but now he is the K-1 fighter.
He's born in October 30,1980 at jeju island, Korea.
His height is 218 cm and weight is 160kg. his blood type is B.

I saw him two years ago, when I was at Seoul motor show with my friends.
all of sudden, people made a hum when Choi got in the show and he was much bigger than I saw him on TV.

Hong-man Choi was previously the Korean traditional(Ssireum) wrestler and its rule is take oppnent on floor. Once he was the traditional wrestler, he was won "chun ha jang sa" which means " Ultimate champion He had won the tiltle in 2003, 2004 , 2005 and many more. From that time, he has got a nick-name " techno golliath" because every time he won, ha always danced techno dance and it was one of his

popular factor.

However, problem has broke out because LG announced wrestling team's disband. Ssireum is korean traditional athlete but it is not so popular so that's why the team has disbanded. Wrestlers including Choi has been strike on the decision but their effort was in vain. Choi had hugely shocked by his team's disband. Previously, Japan's K-1 asked him about switch to them but Choi rejected it for the traditional wrestling however, after the disband, he accepted K-1's offer.

My hobby is basketball.

I loved basketball so much, that I missed my free periods to play basketball with my friends.

Though I have less time to spare for basketball since I gradutated from high school, I still play when I'm bored.

I like watching it as much as I like playing it.

Watching NBA or KBL games is part of my daily routine, and I check the results in internet if I miss the game.

Currently, my favorite player is SANGMIN-LEE who plays gurad for the Samsung. The fact that he is only 181 cm tall, which is short compared to the KBL standard, but still plays well as a shooting guard impresses me.
